Floor-to-ceiling windows. A beautiful skyline view. A living room you can already picture yourself in.

It’s easy to walk into a BGC condo and start mentally moving in.

But before you sign anything, step outside the unit.

You’re renting the building, too.

Look beyond the front door

A quiet afternoon viewing won’t tell you how long the elevators take at rush hour. Whether nearby construction will interrupt your mornings. Or how easy it is to get groceries and deliveries upstairs.

Those details might seem small during a tour.

After six months, they’re part of your life.

The view might impress you once a day. The elevator might frustrate you three times.

Find out who handles the problems

If the air conditioning fails or a leak appears, who actually gets it fixed?

“Just message the owner” deserves a follow-up—especially if the owner lives overseas.

Ask who arranges repairs, who pays, and how contractors get access.

Check the rules for visitors, pets, deliveries, and moving in. If you work from home, confirm the internet options for that specific unit.

A beautiful apartment still needs to function as your home.

Test your ordinary day

Walk to the gym, grocery store, and coffee shop you expect to use.

Check the pickup area. Visit the amenities. Return at another time of day if possible.

Then ask:

“What do residents complain about here?”

Get another perspective from someone who knows the building.

Paying for a premium condo should buy you comfort and convenience. Make sure the building delivers both.

Our team can help you look beyond the listing and ask the questions that matter before you commit.
