Most of what we show on this newsletter sits in the 1,000 to 3,000 dollar range. This one is different.

For clients running a $5,000 to $10,000 a month budget, that number puts you in the top 1 percent of earners here, and BGC only really has three buildings that match that level. We toured all three.

The Suites

Developed by Ayala Land Premier and sitting directly on the Superblock section of High Street, the most expensive stretch of real estate in BGC. The unit we toured runs $6,500 a month, for 212 square meters, about 2,300 square feet, three bedrooms, floor to ceiling windows, and a private key card entrance straight into One Bonifacio High Street Mall.

The amenities floor alone is worth the price. A full gym with free weights, an indoor golf simulator, both an indoor and outdoor pool, a kids pool and putting green, and a sky lounge on the 63rd floor where residents take meetings over free coffee looking out at Manila Bay. A penthouse in the same building is currently listed at 275 million pesos, roughly 4.4 million dollars.

Aurelia Residences

This is the most expensive building in all of BGC, more expensive than Grand Hyatt and even Shangri La Residences itself. One unit per floor, your own private elevator, your own private foyer.

The unit we toured runs $7,500 a month, for 241 square meters, about 2,600 square feet. Marble finishes throughout, a fully enclosed western style kitchen with a five burner gas stove rather than the electric ranges most BGC units come with, a built in dishwasher, a wine fridge, and an actual bathtub, which is genuinely rare to find anywhere in BGC. Sitting on the edge of the district also puts you closest to Makati of any of the three.

West Gallery Place

The third option, positioned close to both Uptown and High Street. We ran into an existing client here, Achilles, who moved from New Jersey and called us with just five days notice before his flight. Our team still had everything ready by the time he landed.

The unit we toured had floor to ceiling windows on two sides, an eight person dining table, a smart refrigerator, and views stretching toward both High Street and Uptown.

Who This Is Actually For

None of this is about needing to save money. These are the clients coming here specifically to spend it well, and getting more for that spend than the same budget would ever buy back home.

If a $5,000 to $10,000 a month lifestyle, is what you are building toward, these three buildings are where it actually happens.

Start your move to the Philippines the right way.
